Quality Commercial Cleaning is working to protect our employees and customers by implementing Cal/OSHA safety standards designed to eliminate accidents and injuries in the work place.

All employees receive initial and ongoing safety training in the following areas:

• General work place safety rules
• Cal/OSHA janitorial safety practices
• Injury and Illness Prevention Program
• Hazard Communication Program
• Blood borne pathogens
• Use of personal protective equipment
• Back safety
• Slips, trips and falls

 

Operational Training

QCC’s training program includes:

• A company orientation including our history, our core values and the services we provide
• A review of the importance of cleaning including the positive effect cleaning has on public health as well as on the quality of life everyone enjoys
• A review of the employee handbook, including all company policies and procedures
• The principals and theories of cleaning
• Field and on-site training
• On going coaching, training and evaluating
