Everyone has a different idea of what a clean facility means. We perform nightly janitorial work based on your specifications to ensure that your needs are met. We meet with you to determine the scope of services, schedule and pricing. We, then train the team to your specifications. To ensure that your needs are being met we have an account manager inspect your location weekly and/or monthly and our customer service team will contact you once per month to ensure that we are meeting your needs and use that feedback to determine if the janitors receive a commission under our quarterly bonus program.

Day Porter Services   

Our dayporters serve you and work for us. We provide uniformed team members who are reliable, hard working and fluent in English and Spanish. We manage them and carry all of the associated overhead of payroll taxes, workers compensation and liability insurance. They are trained professionals that you can count on to provide for daytime maintenance of your facility.

Construction Cleanup  

We work with local construction companies as well as individual property managers providing final cleanup after construction is completed.

Hard Surface Floor Care  

There are many different types of hard floor surfaces each requiring different types of care. We have experience in locations as diverse as retail stores, local bank locations, retail and commercial office cleaning. Our goal is to create a plan for complete floor maintenance with the ability to maintain your floors and protecting your investment.

Carpet Cleaning   

Commercial and Residential carpet and upholstery cleaning require specialized services. We are equipped to handle all carpet cleaning surfaces. Our employees are trained in all methods of office carpet cleaning to ensure that the right method of cleaning for you is what is selected and performed to the manufacturer's cleaning specifications.

High Pressure Washing   

We remove stains and debris from many different types of office surfaces using heated solution, high pressure cleaning systems. Also, we reclaim all of the water used to pressure wash. All soiled water reclaimed by QCC is sent to the Fontana Treatment Facility.

Cart Cleaning (steam cleaning)  

Along with pressure washing; we also have steam cleaning services for shopping carts. We are able to clean and buff all shopping carts for retail businesses at a substantial lower price than our closest competition. Are professional steam cleaning staff can clean up to 300 shopping cart in less than 30 minutes. We are also providing steam cleaning services for Restaurant Kitchens.

Window Washing  

Our window washers use de-ionized water based solution to clean your office windows to a sparkling clean finish. We are able to clean buildings up to 2 floors high. We have the knowledge and ability to remove hard water stains from lower level windows.

Grounds keeping & Parking Lot Cleaning

We will provide exterior services to keep your parking lot and grounds well maintained and presenting a professional appearance.
